If core services (such as visual editor continuously failing, template loading unable to complete, multi-language switching function not working, etc.) are interrupted for more than 24 hours due to website technical issues, and users report through customer service channels within 12 hours after the failure occurs, but the problem is not resolved within 48 hours, users can apply for a proportional refund based on the failure duration.
Calculation formula: Refund amount = (Failure duration hours ÷ Total subscription hours) × Paid fee
Example: User purchases a 30-day monthly subscription (720 hours total), service is interrupted for 24 hours due to failure, then refund amount = (24÷720) × Monthly fee = 1/30 of total fee.
